Thank you for shopping with Luminous Creativity! Here are answers to some frequently asked questions.



Q: How will my purchases be shipped?

A: We ship your purchases using Standard or Priority USPS mail. Whenever possible, we post weights with our products so you can estimate shipping prices as you are shopping. You will be able to see the full cost of shipping in your cart before you submit your order.

Processing time after you place your order can range from 5-10 business days. After your package ships, you can expect another 7-14 days in transit. If you are ordering internationally, shipping may take longer. We include tracking with all packages, so you can check on the status and location of your order anytime after it has shipped.



Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We feel confident you will love your purchase from Luminous Creativity. But if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund if you do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

Within 14 days of receiving your returned purchase, we will issue you a refund using the same payment method you used when you submitted your order.

Q: How do I clean and care for Luminous Creativity clothing?

A: Our garments are machine-washable in cold water. Turn them inside-out before putting them in the washing machine. Then tumble dry on low.
